◆简 介：
这次，刚刚在《哈特的战争》中塑造了一名二战军官的布鲁斯·威利斯再次披挂上阵，饰演一位忠诚英勇的美国海军下属“海豹”特种突击队的队长沃特斯。由于出色的军人素质和对命令的绝对服从，沃特斯被海军秘密授予了一项使命——率一支精干的“海豹”分队前往尼日利亚的丛林，营救一位支援当地医护工作的美国医生莱娜·康德里克斯(莫妮卡·贝鲁奇)。
在沃特斯的带领下，海豹小分队顺利地在非洲丛林腹地搜寻到了正在为当地难民们提供紧急医疗服务的莱娜医生，就在突击队员们按照命令营救她回国时，计划突然生变，莱娜坚持要把正在她照看下的70位难民一起带出边境，否则她誓死也不会离开这里。
看着坚定地选择了和自己的病人生死与共的女医生，沃特斯不得不面对他军人生涯中第一次命令和良心的冲突，是奉命强行带走莱娜医生一个人去复命？还是让自己的部队带着这几十个老老少少身染疾病的难民、走入叛军盘踞、且充满着种种未知危险的原始丛林？当军人的天职和道德发生矛盾时，哪一个更重要？
